3AM⁺ ARCHITETTI ASSOCIATI is a professional association founded in 2003.
The studio, through a professional team with integrated skills, offers qualified services in the building, public and private field. The flexibility of the internal organization and the partners network, coming from the plant, civil and environmental sector, allow us to tackle projects of different types and dimensions. The studio is involved in new edification, retraining of the open spaces, reconversion of dismissed areas, renovation and architecture of the interior paying particular attention to the sustainability and new urban-landscapes transformation process.

Some among the most significant studies of the last years, are the new configuration of the institutional headquarters of EXPO 2015 in Rovello street in Milan, and the project for the integration of the seats OAT – Open Air Theatre – on the EXPO site in Milan. Multiple real estate developments, renovations, redefinition of interior spaces, construction of commercial spaces as well as public spaces, in particular in the provinces of Sondrio, Monza Brianza and in the metropolitan area of Milan. The studio took part in many national and international competition, winning recommendations and prizes. It also collaborates with ARCHE’ onlus, in the planning of intervention of marginal areas of the Third World.

The design method of the studio provides an in-depth and honest analysis on the place where to intervene, and a constant dialog and confrontation with the committee. The accuracy and attention to the details, the research of metric quality are fundamental factor of each intervention. Read less

  Andrea Praolini, 1972

  He graduates in architecture at Politecnico di Milano in 2001.
  He begun the profession at the studio of Prof. Sergio Crotti in Milano.
  In 2002 he carried out academic research at the Politecnico di Milano.
  From 2003 to now he collaborates in teaching at the Politecnico di Milano and at the IUAV University of Venice, where he holds seminars, international workshops and curates exhibitions on the architectural projects and didactic experimentation.

  Maria Praolini, 1973

  She graduates in architecture at Politecnico di Milano in 2001, where in the same year she carried out research as subject expert in the course “Theory and History of building technology”.
  She developed since the beginning, a particular interest in the landscape and in the transformation of the territory. She collaborated with different studios, participating at many competitions of architecture and winning recommendations and prizes.
  She is enabled to coordinate safety in temporary and mobile building sites.
